Oseas' background is a combination of technology (with previous CIO and CTO positions), psychology and leadership development, academia (obtaining his MBA in the US with a Fulbright Scholarship), and business, both in the startup front (having founded 5 startups) as well as the corporate side (having led 3 major programs for Cisco Systems worldwide).
